Grazing Tables

PICNIC BOXES

  • A deposit of 50% for table grazes are to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to event. Screenshot of payment is required, kindly.
  • Balance must be paid 3 days prior to the date of event (EOD). Screenshot of payment again is required, kindly.
  • If equipment such as boards, ramekins, knives or similar have been provided for your event, they must be returned within a week after the event. NB: This will be arranged by the team at Spread Me.
  • A bond of $50 will be required with the 50% deposit for all equipment left with client for their event (i.e. boards). This bond will be released once all equipment has been returned in its original condition. Any damages or lost of equipment, the bond will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations MUST be within at least 1 week prior to your event. Failure to do so, 50% deposit will unfortunately not be refunded.
  • Presentation of grazes is not guaranteed to look as exactly pictured, each graze is unique. However, we will work very closely with each client to get a desired result.
  • We cannot guarantee specific seasonal ingredients within our grazes, but will strive to achieve close alternatives if the situation arises.

  • Presentation of Picnic Boxes is not guaranteed to look as exactly pictured, each graze is unique. However, we will work very closely with each client to get a desired result.
  • We cannot guarantee specific seasonal ingredients within our boxes, but will strive to achieve close alternatives if the situation arises.
  • Cancellations MUST be within at least 3 working days (excluding weekends). Failure to do so will result in obtaining only a partial refund of 50% of full payment.
